  • Medication of a non-prescription nature shall not be distributed to any student enrolled in the school and should be reserved for medically trained personnel.
  • School personnel in exceptional circumstances may administer prescription drugs. It is the responsibility of the parent/ guardian to provide sufficient reason, in writing, for special consideration.
  • The principal retains the authority to reject requests for the administration of prescription drugs or medical treatment.
  • If your child has allergies, it is your responsibility to inform the school/classroom teachers together with directives from a medical doctor. If it is an anaphylactic reaction, he/she must have an epee pen prescribed by a medical doctor on his/her person at all times in case of an emergency.
